FULL · VALIDATORDedicated Cosmos Hub validator hosting from $219 a month.
Run your own Cosmos Hub validator on a dedicated server that we set up and keep in sync. You create the validator and stake from your own wallet. We never hold your funds and we cannot move them.
Order your Cosmos Hub node
What you get with every Cosmos Hub node
A node that's only yours
No other customers on your node, so no shared limits or slowdowns.
Backup node included
A second node takes over if the main one goes down. Others charge extra for this.
Synced and updated
We handle client updates and network upgrades so your node stays in sync.
Private endpoint
Your own endpoint and key, ready to paste into your app, wallet or bot.
How staking works when the server is ours and the wallet is yours
A validator signs blocks for the network. To join, you stake coins from your own wallet and create the validator with your own keys. The coins stay in your wallet the whole time.
We handle the part that needs a server: installing the node software, syncing it, applying upgrades and watching it around the clock. You handle the part that needs your keys: creating the validator, setting your commission and claiming rewards.
Rewards depend on how much stake your validator holds, your commission and how the network is doing. We cannot promise any amount.
Cosmos Hub: full node or validator
A validator is a full node that also signs blocks. Pick the one that matches what you want to do.
| Feature | Full node | Validator |
|---|---|---|
| Reads chain data and sends transactions | Yes | Yes |
| Signs blocks and can earn staking rewards | No | Yes, once in the active set |
| Needs staked coins | No | Yes |
| Can be slashed | No | Yes |
| Price | $139/month | $219/month |

From order to synced node
- 01
Order and pay
Choose your node type and how many months. Pay in crypto.
- 02
We set it up and sync it
We install the Cosmos Hub software on a dedicated server and sync it to the network. Ready within 24 hours of payment, usually sooner. Your dashboard shows the progress.

Connect your app
Copy your private endpoint and key into your app, wallet or bot.
Connect in one line
Paste your private endpoint into your code. The example uses curl (REST).
curl https://cos-1q5z.nodes.rocketrpc.com/YOUR_KEY/cosmos/base/tendermint/v1beta1/blocks/latestUptime and slashing in plain terms
Stay online
A validator that misses too many blocks is jailed and stops earning until you send an unjail transaction from your wallet.
Never sign twice
Signing two blocks at the same height (double-signing) is punished much harder than downtime, so keep your validator key in one place.
Slashing takes stake
Slashing removes a share of the stake behind a validator, including what your delegators put in. The exact limits are set by the chain.
We watch the server
We monitor the node and keep it updated through network upgrades, so downtime from a stuck or outdated node is our problem to fix.

Cosmos Hub validator questions
Do you hold my funds or my wallet keys?
No. You stake from your own wallet and we never hold your funds. We run the server and keep it in sync.
Do I need to stake coins to run a validator?
Yes. A validator needs stake behind it, from your own coins and from delegators, to be in the active set that signs blocks and earns rewards. How much you need depends on the current network.
What happens if my validator goes offline?
If it misses too many blocks it is jailed and stops earning. Once the server is back you send an unjail transaction from your wallet. We monitor the node to catch problems early.
What is double-signing?
It is when a validator signs two different blocks at the same height, usually because the same key runs on two machines. It is penalised much more heavily than being offline, so keep your validator key in one place.
Can you guarantee staking rewards?
No. Rewards depend on your stake, your commission and how the network is doing. We provide the server, not a return.
How long until my node is ready?
Ready within 24 hours of payment, usually sooner. Your dashboard shows the sync progress, and your private endpoint appears there once the server is live.
Full node or validator: which do I need?
Choose a full node if you want to read chain data and send transactions from an app. Choose a validator if you want to sign blocks and earn staking rewards.
