01Blockchain pricing
Our blockchain pricing fits on a receipt. This is the real cost to create a cryptocurrency with its own chain: fixed prices, the monthly part up front, and every outside figure linked to its source.
The short answer
Bitcoin fork$199one-time + first month of hosting
example2 nodes + 1 pool server. Same math as checkout.
02Build your price
Pick a base and the extras you want. Your total updates as you go, and it is the same total checkout shows.
3Nodes
Ethereum starts with 3 validators. Extra ones add safety, at $9 a month each.
Tap one to load it into the calculator above.
Dogecoin fork, mining pool, block explorer and desktop wallet.
Ethereum base, block explorer, swap and bridge.
Solana base, block explorer and web wallet.
03Price groups
The base decides how much machinery your chain needs. More nodes and heavier servers cost more, and that is the whole story.
Ethereum, BNB Chain and Avalanche L1
The lowest price: smart contracts and MetaMask on your own network.
Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash and Tron
A fork rebuilds the coin's own software with your name, supply and address letter.
Cosmos, Dash and PIVX
More moving parts, so heavier servers: staking rules or a second layer of masternodes.
Solana
Solana validators need much bigger machines. It still goes straight to payment and launches on its own.
Want more safety? Add extra nodes in the builder. Each one is one more server at your group's monthly rate.
On Avalanche L1, the Avalanche network also charges validator fees in AVAX. Those go to Avalanche, not to us, and the builder flags them before you pay.
04Add-ons
Every add-on is a one-time price. Most run on one more server, and each row tells you which.
Not sure yet? Skip them today. Any add-on can join your live chain later from your dashboard, same price.
05Hosting after launch
Every machine your chain runs on is a server with a monthly price. Nothing else about a build repeats.
Your chain
Node 1
$9/mo
Node 2
$9/mo
Two nodes keep blocks flowing while one restarts.
Hosted add-ons
Pool
$9/mo
Explorer
$9/mo
Each hosted add-on gets a server of its own.
Desktop wallet: no server. Holders install it on their own computers, so it adds nothing to the monthly line.
Rate per server, per month
Servers along the bottom. Each node or hosted add-on adds one step of $9: a straight line, no jumps.
The first month is in your checkout total. Before each next month you get a payment request. No automatic charge.
Stop whenever you like by not renewing, or tell support in a ticket.
You get the server logins. We never hold your private keys.
Prepay discounts are for dedicated nodes only. Build hosting is the same price every month.
06Year one, all in
Checkout shows day one. Budgets run for a year, so here is the one-time price plus twelve months of servers for each sample order.
Mined coin, Dogecoin fork$1,228$796 + 12 × $36
EVM chain with swap and bridge$2,544$1,896 + 12 × $54
Solana-based chain$4,717$697 + 12 × $335
Bars to scale. Assumes every server stays on for twelve months at today's prices. Hosting is paid month by month, never as one yearly bill.
The pattern
Bitcoin-style and EVM chains are mostly a one-time cost.
On a Solana-based chain the monthly side wins, because its validators run on much larger machines.
Keep year one lean
Paid once
Paid monthly
Never on our bill
07Next to an agency
Agencies quote for custom work, and custom work is slow and costly. If a proven base fits your idea, a fixed price gets you to launch day for a tiny fraction.
RocketRPC: our own prices. $2,224 is a Cosmos base with all five add-ons it supports.

A fixed price fits when
A freelancer can be cheap for the fork itself. Then the servers, the updates and the 3 a.m. restarts are yours to sort out. New to all this? Our guide on creating a cryptocurrency walks through the options.
08The rest of the bill
Your chain is one line in a launch budget. Plan for what sits below the waterline too.
If you write your own smart contracts, or a bridge will hold real value, pay outside experts to try to break it first.
A market needs your coin and money on both sides. That money is yours, and it is often the biggest line.
Each exchange sets its own rules and fees. Trackers have an application. Start with our CoinGecko listing guide.
Selling a coin to the public can bring securities, consumer and tax rules. A local lawyer is worth the hour.
Why no numbers here? These depend on your plans, your country and your market. We would rather say nothing than guess your bill.
09How you pay
Checkout shows one address and one exact amount, held for 20 minutes. Once the network confirms it, nothing waits on a person.
1Pick a coin and network
USDT on Tron is usually the cheapest to send. Checkout marks the low-fee options.
2Send the exact amount
The crypto amount is locked for 20 minutes, so a price swing cannot change your bill.
3It confirms on-chain
The platform watches the blockchain itself. A transaction ID alone never counts as paid.
4Your launch begins
Your chain goes live in about 30 minutes, with every step shown in your dashboard.
Coins checkout accepts
USDT runs on Tron, Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana. USDC runs on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Solana and BNB Chain. Prices are in US dollars; you pay the network fee. Payment terms
10Questions
What people ask before they pay.
With its own blockchain, $149 to $399 one-time, set by the base coin you start from. Add-ons are one-time too, from $79. Hosting after launch is per server, from $9 a month. A token on someone else's chain is a different and usually cheaper route, covered in our guide to creating a cryptocurrency.
The published guides we read put a custom blockchain project at $50,000 to $2,000,000 (ScienceSoft) and a basic token at $5,000 to $20,000 (PixelPlex). Agencies quote for custom work. A fixed price only makes sense when a proven base already fits your idea.
No. The one-time price is the setup: it covers your chain, its starting nodes and every add-on you pick.
Servers, and only servers: each node or validator your chain runs on, and each hosted add-on. The desktop wallet needs none.
The one-time price plus the first month of hosting. The calculator on this page shows that exact figure.
Yes. Pick one in your dashboard and pay its one-time price. It joins your live chain automatically, and your hosting grows by one server if the add-on needs one.
No. The 10, 15 and 25 percent prepay discounts are for dedicated nodes only. A build, its add-ons and its hosting cost the same whenever you pay.
Solana validators need far bigger machines than a Bitcoin-style node. So the base is $399, each validator is $99 a month, and add-on servers are $19 a month. It still launches automatically, like every other base.
Ten of them: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB, SOL, TRX, LTC, DOGE and XMR. USDT and USDC work on several networks, and checkout shows which ones.
No. The server logins are handed to you from day one. We never hold your private keys.
A few minutes in the builder, one honest total, and a chain of your own by tonight.
